Our favorite has to be the warm Alaskan King Crab and the Caramelized Pork Belly, decorated with Okinawa Brown Sugar, Whipped Yusuf, Kohlrabi Kimchi, Cashew, & Thai Herbs.
Feeling adventurous? Try the Yellowfin Tuna carpaccio tartare with deviled egg mousse. This was heaven!
