La Petite Maison | Brickell

We were thrilled to hear that a new French restaurant would open right across the street from our home. We’ve already been gifted with the presence of Bertoni Gelato Caffé earlier in the year and couldn’t wait for this next grand opening in Brickell House (1300 Brickell Bay Dr.)

The first La Petite Maison opened in London’s Mayfair neighborhood in 2007. Today, The mastermind restaurateur behind Zuma and Coya, Arjun Waney, has opened the first U.S. outpost in our very own Brickell neighborhood. The menu stays true to its origins, serving a fare of French-Mediterranean cuisine with Italian influences. They’ve brought on chef Patron Raphael Duntoye to re-create the classic niçoise menu from the first location in the South of France, while crafting new signature dishes as well.

Here’s a glimpse at some of our favorite selections from our recent Grand Opening visit.

French Martini | A sweet foamy mix of Vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice
“Lime Bae” sprinkling some love on the Calamars Frits
Calamars Frits | Crispy Fried Baby Squid
Escargots | Snails in fresh herbs and garlic butter
Carpaccio De Boeuf | Lightly Cured Sirloin with a Pickle Dressing
Canard À L’orange | Slow Cooked Duck Legs with Orange Glaze
Pommes De Terre Gratinées | Baked Gratinated Potatoes
Pâtes Fraiches Aux Calamars, Crevettes Et Chorizo | Homemade Pasta with Squid, Prawns and Chorizo
